At Knobco, we want you to be completely satisfied with your home hardware. If your purchase doesn't perfectly match your space, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Log into your account portal or contact our support team with your order number to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Pack with Care

  Place the unused hardware in its original packaging, ensuring all screws and mounting components are included to avoid restocking fees.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Attach the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
